End User License Agreement
Last updated: September 6, 2026
The terms on which you may use the software and materials we give you access to.
Your license
When you are given access to software, a course, a portal or downloadable material through this site, Northweld Co. (Demo) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for its intended purpose.
You are licensed to use it. You do not own it, and nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.
What you may not do
You may not:
- share your access, your login or your license with anyone else;
- copy, republish, resell, rent or redistribute the material;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, except where the law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or ownership notice;
- use it to build a competing product, or to train a machine-learning model.
Your account
Your access is yours alone. You are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
Accounts are per person. Where a license was bought for a team, each person needs their own.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve or change the software and materials. We may withdraw a feature, and occasionally we have to take things down for maintenance.
Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and, if you would rather not continue, we will deal with it fairly.
Ending the license
The license lasts as long as your access does. If you break these terms in a way that matters, we may suspend or end it — and where the breach is fixable, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to fix it first.
When the license ends you must stop using the material and delete any copies you hold.
Ownership
The software and materials, and everything in them, belong to us or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Anything you create yourself using them remains yours.
