38 mesh-infill panels with hinged access sections and interlock brackets, stainless throughout for washdown. Surveyed against a running line, so every panel was made to a measured opening rather than a nominal one.

64 m of handrail to a curved edge, rolled in-section rather than segmented so the sightline stays true. Hot-dip galvanised and powder coated to a specified RAL.

Two-tier platform with kick plates, cage ladder and gate. Assembled and trial-fitted in the shop, then broken down into six craneable sections for a confined site.
